Changing the default page could work like this: students see their old tickets (what's currently under Resolved >>My Tickets), open tickets (Views >> My Tickets) and a new ticket form; TAs, on the other hand, see open tickets first (Views >> My Work).
ReplyDeleteI vote for removing superfluous ticket statuses and options that just say "you don't have access to this option."
Before reading the summary document, I'd thought that I would be in charge of handling the "you do not have access to this resource" error, but it appears that Dominic is handling it. Any chance I can do that? I'll put both of our names in the proposal, so we can both work on it, but you can take my name out if you really want to go it alone.
